They Are on Assignment- Part I

Ever think about the people around you and what their purpose is in your life??????

Back in the days when I used to meet people, it was simple ...either - I liked them or I didn’t. There was no deep thought, no discerning of their character or intentions – no real examination of who or what was coming into my sphere.

It was only when I started meeting the same people whether it be romantic of platonic over and over and would find myself in situations I would not have been on my own or when I started having losses in my life or just started to notice something was “off” about someone that I started to look more carefully at the patterns, the cycles and realized one very important thing…….

People who do not like you, who are jealous/envious of you or who has ill intentions in their heart towards you will not always be up front and in your face with it !!

I had book smarts, some street smarts, but was spiritually dumb to this!!!

Empaths can be very naïve , we view the world through our own actions and feelings! One of the biggest mistakes that we can make is to believe that everyone is like us and if they are not : we can fix them ! Lol!

But as I grew in God he challenged this type of black and white thinking, and I was truly (to this day) speechless when I came to this realization: 

You mean there are people out here (On Demonic Assignment) that :

1. are so envious and miserable they would take the time and energy to hurt you, try to break you, cheat you and steal from you .

2. become world class actors (for a time) reinventing and morphing into what /who they believe it will take to achieve their assignments from the devil.

Because in my black and white thinking when someone does not like you, surely you would see it or they would show it Right?

Proverbs 26:23-25 Smooth words may hide a wicked heart, just as a pretty glaze covers a clay pot .

Micah 2:1 Woe to those who devise iniquity And work out evil on their beds! At morning light, they practice it, because it is in the power of their hand.

But guess what they are out there, at your job, in your neighborhood, at the supermarket, they might be in your house or even worse in your bed!!!! They may be the “bestie”, the spouse, the family member…….. 

Ephesians 6:2  For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

God made everything for his purpose, everything that he made has a purpose and an assignment! This took me a while to get and I am still struggling with this. ( That’s for another day) Proverbs 16:4 The LORD hath made all things for himself: yes, even the wicked for the day of evil.

So just as you are a child of light and your assignment is to do good, share your gifts with the world, bring should to God and minister the gospel. The enemy also works to carry out his purposes and assignments. We always expect the people that are on assignment for the enemy to have some sort of look (sometimes they do) like black eyes, horns on their head or do or say something that would instantly let us know they are out to hurt us.

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. But the bible tells us: Psalms 55:21 The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart; His words were softer than oil, yet they were drawn swords.

If we saw with our spiritual eyes, heard with our spiritual ears who and what these demons were up to, aint no way most of us would get caught up in the trap but, no these demons are masquerading spirits, they study you, your life and look for any opening or moment of weakness:

     What is “Their Assignment”?

•  To Delay and/or Stop You!!! –any way, they can. Delay you from finding your

  purpose, working in your divine calling and to stop God’s will from being done on earth!

•  To Kill you – Just that simple! This is not figurative it is Literally- the enemy wants you

  dead.

• To Destroy You – they enjoy seeing your light get dimmer and dimmer and if they succeed -go out permanently to break you so that you do not rise again.

• To Steal from you – God has appointed blessings, seasons of opportunities to come into each of our lives their role is to cause loss of any kind- financial, opportunities, marriage, children, businesses as well as spiritual blessings – authority, peace, wisdom, gifts, anointings

• To Keep you in Bondage- by introducing you and/or keeping you in loop of sin in any form: sexual, physical abuse, verbal abuse, drugs, substance, poverty, defilement of all kinds.

Literally everything around, us has a purpose, a function and we use, most of them without much thought or consideration. Our money, electronics, personal hygiene products, smart gadgets, etc.  But we also serve a purpose – either for the enemy or for God, yes, we are vehicles. Vehicles for deliverance, change, for blessings, for healings – all of God’s glory manifested through us, but for those who can't or don't want to be in the light they become vehicles for the enemy full of drama, greed, selfishness and destruction.

No matter where we are in our walk with God and our spiritual growth you should always trust your instincts and that small voice........

Matthew 7:17 – Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. Therefore, by their fruits you will know them.

How do we use discernment, wisdom/knowledge and just sometimes good ole common sense to avoid these demons and snares that can cause you to miss God’s blessings, alter your life in ways that sometime cannot be reversed?
