Coaching Services

Due to the nature of personal coaching, all coaching services are non-refundable. Coaching outcomes vary and depend on individual client readiness, participation, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific results.

By enrolling in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to assess our services and are entering into the agreement voluntarily.

Digital Products & Courses

All sales of digital products, downloads, online courses, and memberships are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

E-books, PDFs, guides, or templates
Digital downloads
Online or on-demand courses
Coaching memberships or subscriptions

Access to digital products is provided immediately after purchase, and therefore cannot be revoked once delivered.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

Physical Merchandise & Apparel

We take great care in the quality of our merchandise. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moodymindsets@gmail.com to request a replacement or refund.

Important Notes:

Worn, washed, or damaged clothing will not be accepted for return.
Items must be returned in original condition with all tags intact.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, or an error was made on our part.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.

Refund Policy for Cosmetics, Undergarments, and Hygiene-Sensitive Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, all sales of cosmetics, skincare products, undergarments, and other personal use or hygiene-sensitive items are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances—even if unopened.
